This is a house that we just finished in Portland. We removed the old layer of roofing. This house had 17 sheets of bad plywood. It is rare that we tear-off a roof and we don’t find some bad plywood. We installed 15# felt and Ice and Water shield in the valleys. All of the metal, vents, and pipe jacks are painted brown to match the roofing. This roof has a 50 year non prorated warranty.

This is a house that we just finished in Salem. We removed 1 layer of shingles. Then we installed CDX Plywood. The shingle is GAF Timberline HD in the Shakewood color. This is a roof that we just finished in NE Portland. The roof had 3 layers of shingles and we had to install new plywood decking. The shingle is the GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in the Charcoal color. This roof has the GAF Pro-Start starter. We had to install special stealth soffit edge vents on the roof so it has proper ventilation. We installed RidgeVent on the roof. All of the pipejacks are lead and we used Weather Watch Ice and Water shield in the valleys.
