These are the pictures that I got from am flat roof that we looked at. The roof is in SE Portland and it is in need of help. The roof is a torch-down roof that is nearing the end of it’s life. The Chimney, pipes, and along the skylights have cracked and are showing wear. We are proposing a 3 layer method of mastic and mesh to fix this.
