This is a Re-Roofing project that we did in Woodburn. The shingle is a Malarkey Highlander 30 Year shingle in the Silverwood Color. There is a lesson to be learned with this roof. There was improper ventilation in this house and every sheet of plywood was bad and had to be replaced.  The homeowner now has a RidgeVent system.
