These pictures are from a roof that was installed 10 Years ago. This is a 30 year roof that should not need work. Because of improper instillation, it already needs repairs. 2 of the vents are leaking. The Power Main flashing is not installed correctly and the plywood has started to bow. We recommend that you call a licensed roofing contractor like H & B Roofing to do all of your roof work.
