This is what Joe had to say,”Not high wind fastened, vent flanges buried ( I especially like that one! ), staples directly in shingle key ways ( that’s a good one too! ), and last but not least………….cheap, ugly rubber pipe jacks that don’t last that MOST ‘Roofers” use. I’ll bet they bid it CHEAP though.
