This is a roofing job in Beaverton that we just finished. The Roof was a 1 layer shake tear-off. The house already had plywood so we did not install it (usually you would on a shake tear-off.) Then we installed 30# felt and we used GAF Pro Start Starter. The Valleys have Weather Watch Ice and Water Shield and W Valley Metal. The shingle is GAF Grand Sequoia in the Cedar color. We used GAF Cobra Snow Country for the Ridge Vent. The Guys were able to finish the job in 2 full days. Lot’s of great pictures of this job.
